Yioula Glassworks talks €130 million 10-year notes at 8¾%-9%

St. Louis, Nov. 9 - Yioula Glassworks Group SA talked its €130 million offering of 10-year senior notes at 8¾% to 9% on Thursday, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected Thursday.

Citigroup has the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and fund capital expenditures.

Standard & Poor's assigns its B rating to the notes.

Yioula is an Athens, Greece-based manufacturer of glass containers and tableware.
