Greece's Yioula Glassworks starts roadshow for €130 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Nov. 7 - A roadshow began Monday for Athens, Greece-based Yioula Glassworks Group's €130 million offering of 10-year senior notes, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected to take place Thursday.

Citigroup is the bookrunner.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and fund capital expenditures.

The prospective issuer manufactures glass containers and tableware.
