Trustee names Yarway's seven-member committee of asbestos claimants

Wilmington, Del., May 7 - Yarway Corp.'s seven-member official committee of asbestos personal injury claimants has been named by Roberta A. DeAngelis, U.S. trustee for Region 3, according to a May 6 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are:

• Rosalie M. Milazzo, executrix. to the estate of Joseph Milazzo, c/o Weitz & Luxenberg, PC, New York city;

• Gary Frederick, c/o Cooney & Conway, Chicago;

• Thomas C. Dandridge Jr., c/o Motley Rice, LLC, Mount Pleasant, S.C.;

• Dale Leavitt, c/o Gori Julian & Associates PC, Edwardsville, Ill.;

• Frances Kelley, executrix. to the estate of James Kelley, c/o Shrader & Associates, LLP, Houston;

• Mary A. Manning, executrix to the estate of Carroll E. Manning, c/o Simmons, Browdewr, Gianaris, Angelides & Barnerd, LLC, Alton, Ill.; and

• Vashtee Antle, executrix to the estate of Michael Antle, c/o Belluck & Fox, New York City.

Yarway, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based industrial valve maker, filed for bankruptcy on April 23. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-11025.
