Yara International holds investor calls for dollar 10-year notes

Tupelo, Miss., May 27 – Yara International ASA (Baa2/BBB) held fixed income investor calls on Wednesday for a dollar-denominated offering of 10-year senior notes, according to a market source.

The company announced on Wednesday that it planned to price a Rule 144A and Regulation S bond deal.

Barclays, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. are the lead managers.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Norwegian chemical company is based in Oslo.
