Yapi Kredi offering lira-denominated three-year notes at 13¼% area

Chicago, June 6 – Turkey-based Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Yapi Kredi) is offering a lira-denominated three-year notes with price talk in the 13¼% area, a market source said.

HSBC is a bookrunner for the deal.

In February, Yapi Kredi priced $600 million notes due 2022 (Ba1//BBB-) at par to yield 5¾%, or Treasuries plus 383.7 basis points, Prospect News reported.

Yapi Kredi is an Istanbul-based lender.
