Turkey's Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi guides $500 million five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 415 bps

Portland, Ore., Nov. 25 - Turkey's Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Baa2/BBB) is guiding a $500 million offering of five-year senior notes at a 415 basis points spread to mid-swaps, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which will not grow in size, is pricing Monday.

Joint bookrunner BofA Merrill Lynch will bill and deliver. BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC and UniCredit are also joint bookrunners.
