By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 13 – Turkey’s Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Yapi Kredi) has selected banks and scheduled investor calls for a planned U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark of 10-year notes (expected ratings: Caa2//B-), according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for five years.

The joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering are BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, HSBC, MUFG, J.P. Morgan and UniCredit Bank.

Investor calls will be held on Wednesday, with pricing to follow subject to market conditions.

Yapi Kredi is an Istanbul-based lender.
