Yale University, Conn., plans $250 million medium-term notes sale

New York, April 1 - Yale University of Connecticut is set to price $250 million of series 2014 medium-term notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes will be sold through Barclays and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The maturity date has not been set.

Proceeds will be used to repay notes previously issued by the university.
