By Susanna Moon
Chicago, Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price one-year contingent income autocallable securities linked to Yahoo! Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly payment of at least 3.2625% if the stock closes at or above its 75% barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any determination date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless the stock finishes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 28.
The Cusip number is 48127P671.
