Colombia’s Bancolombia may issue COP 1 billion of subordinated notes

Chicago, Sept. 23 – Bancolombia SA said it plans to issue up to COP 750 million of subordinated notes, with the possibility of upsizing the issue to COP 1 billon.

The notes will be offered in three series due in 10, 15 and 20 years, according to a press release.

The Medellin, Colombia-based bank said it plans to issue a total of up to COP 3 billion of subordinated notes under a program approved by its board of directors in May 2012.
