Colombia's Bancolombia to sell up to Ps. 600 billion of notes

Chicago, Aug. 20 - Bancolombia SA said it could issue up to Ps. 600 billion of notes in a second offering from its 1.5 trillion peso program.

The issue includes a Ps. 400 billion base amount and a Ps. 200 billion greenshoe.

Duff & Phelps of Colombia rates the deal AAA.

Bancolombia is a Medellin, Colombia-based lender and savings bank.
