New Issue: Bancolombia sells COP 640 billion five-year sustainability bonds at IBR plus 285 bps

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 25 – Bancolombia SA said it completed the issuance of COP 640 billion of five-year bonds linked to sustainable performance with an interest rate of IBR plus 285 basis points, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Finance in Motion, BID Invest and BID acquired all the bonds in the offering.

Proceeds will be used by the bank in its sustainable finance and purposeful business strategy.

The lender is based in Medellin, Colombia.
