Xinergy starts roadshow for $200 million eight-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., April 25 - Xinergy Ltd. began a roadshow on Monday for a $200 million offering of eight-year senior secured notes, according to an informed source.
The deal is expected to price late in the present week.
UBS Investment Bank is the left lead bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal. Griffiths McBurney Corp. is the joint bookrunner.
Dahlman Rose, Moelis and the Seaport Group are the co-managers.
The notes come with four years of call protection.
The Knoxville, Tenn.-based coal producer plans to use the proceeds to fund capital expenditures and repay existing notes.
