Wynn Macau to pay down term loan with notes proceeds

New York, Aug. 18 – Wynn Macau Ltd. plans to repay a portion of its term loan borrowings with proceeds from the sale of two tranches of senior fixed-rate notes, according to a market source.

Wynn Macau is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Macau.
