By Sara Rosenberg

New York, March 10 - Wyle Services Corp. is expected to launch a $115 million credit facility sometime in March, according to a market source.

Barclays and JPMorgan are the lead banks on the deal.

The facility consists of a $25 million revolver and a $90 million term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Wyle is an engineering firm specializing in high-tech testing, life sciences and technical-support services to federal government agencies, including the Department of Defense and NASA.
