China's Wuzhou plans notes offering through BNP, UBS and Deutsche

New York, Sept. 16 - China's Wuzhou International Co. Ltd. announced that BNP Paribas and UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch will lead its planned issue of dollar-denominated senior notes along with Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch as a joint bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for new real estate projects and general corporate purposes.

Wuzhou is a Hong Kong-based real estate developer.
