New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.5 million digital contingent buffered notes on oil

Morgantown, W.Va., July 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Aug. 6, 2019 linked to a WTI crude oil futures contract, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final contract price is greater than or equal to the initial price or less than the initial price by up to 30%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of 11.35%.

If the contract price falls by more than 30%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
