New Issue: WSP Global prices C$500 million of 5.548% seven-year senior notes

Chicago, Nov. 15 – WSP Global Inc. priced C$500 million of 5.548% seven-year notes (DBRS: BBBH), according to a press release.

The notes will be issued for aggregate gross proceeds of C$500 million.

The syndicate offering the notes includes CIBC Capital Markets, National Bank Financial Markets and RBC Capital Markets as joint bookrunners and co-lead private placement agents.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt and for other general corporate purposes.

WSP Global is a Montreal-based provider of engineering and design services to clients in the transportation & infrastructure, property & buildings, environment, power & energy, resources and industry sectors.
