By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 20 - W.R. Grace & Co.'s hearing on the case management order and proof of claim/questionnaire for the estimation of asbestos personal injury liabilities was ordered to be held June 6, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

On Jan. 21, the court ordered the asbestos personal injury committee, the futures claim representative and the company to negotiate a case management order to govern the estimation of the asbestos personal injury claims and the form for personal injury pre-bankruptcy claims.

The Wednesday filing said the parties have been unable to reach an agreement on the case management order and questionnaire.

The company was also ordered Wednesday to file its motion for entry of an order approving the case management order and questionnaire by April 18. Any interested parties must file their response by May 18 and the company and interested parties must file their replies by May 31.

W.R. Grace, the Columbia, Md.-based specialty chemicals company, filed for bankruptcy over asbestos litigation on April 2, 2001. Its Chapter 11 case number is 01-01139.
