W.R. Grace elects Janice K. Henry to join board of directors

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 19 - W. R. Grace & Co. has chosen Janice K. Henry to be the 10th member of its board of directors, according to a company news release.

"Janice's business and financial experience, including acquisitions and capital structuring, is compelling," said Grace chairman and chief executive officer Fred Festa in a news release.

"Her strategic guidance and perspective will be valuable to our board and leadership team."

Henry has experience in finance and accounting. She held the position of senior vice president at Martin Marietta Materials, Inc until her retirement in 2006 and previously was chief financial officer and treasurer.

W.R. Grace, a Columbia, Md.-based specialty chemicals company.
