Moody’s rates W. R. Berkley notes Baa1
Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to $300 million of 30-year senior notes issued by W.R. Berkley Corp.
Berkley will use the proceeds to repay $300 million of senior notes maturing in September, the agency said.
The outlook for W.R. Berkley is stable.
