WPP Finance 2010 files automatic shelf for guaranteed debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 4 - WPP Finance 2010 filed a guaranteed debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company is a subsidiary of WPP plc, which is a Dublin-based advertising firm.
