S&P drops WP Evenflo outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on WP Evenflo Holdings Inc. to stable from positive.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed all of the ratings on the company, including the B- corporate credit rating.

S&P added that the revised outlook follows the company's announcement that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Ameda Breastfeeding Products from Hollister Inc. for about $50 million.
