Wound Management plans $2.4 million private placement of preferreds

Offering will settle in three tranches on Dec. 30, Jan. 10 and Feb. 28

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 19 - Wound Management Technologies, Inc. negotiated a $2.4 million private placement of series C convertible preferred stock on Dec. 18, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 34,287 preferreds at $70.00 apiece.

Ed Rahn will buy 1,429 preferreds for $100,000 by Dec. 30, 2013; Gee Vanderbur will buy 2,857 preferreds for $200,000 by Dec. 30; Kate McKnight will buy 714 preferreds for $50,000 by Dec. 30; Jim Stuckert will buy 14,286 preferreds for $1 million by Jan. 10; Denny Howell will buy 7,143 preferreds for $500,000 by Jan. 10; THS, Inc. will buy 2,858 preferreds for $200,000 by Feb. 28; Undiscovered Equities, Inc. will buy 3,571 preferreds for $250,000 by Feb. 28; and Kate McKnight will buy 1,429 preferreds for $100,000 by Feb. 28.
