Worldwide Flight buys no further notes in extended change of control offer

New York, Dec. 20 - Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. said no further notes were tendered or purchased in its second change of control offer for its 12¼% senior notes due 2007, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company announced on Nov. 26 that it would conduct an additional tender to buy the notes at 101 plus accrued interest.
