Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 - Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing USA, Inc. announced in an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it completed a $4.75 million private placement of stock on June 23.
The company sold 1,055,103 common shares.
Investors also received 685,817 series A warrants, each exercisable at $7.00 for two years and 369,286 series B warrants, each exercisable at $9.00 for three years.
San Bruno, Calif.-based Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing is an engineering firm specializing in manufacturing.
