World Kitchen to launch new loan transaction on Monday afternoon

New York, June 2 – World Kitchen is set to hold a bank meeting at 1 p.m. ET in New York on Monday to launch a new loan deal to prospective lenders, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

World Kitchen is a Rosemont, Ill.-based manufacturer and marketer of bakeware, dinnerware, kitchen and household tools, cookware, storage and cutlery products.
