New Issue: Brazil's Banco Sofisa prices $125 million three-year bonds to yield 7 3/8%

New York, June 27 - Banco Sofisa SA (Ba1) priced a $125 million three-year bond with a coupon of 7¼% at 99.666 to yield 7 3/8%, according to a market source.

Banco Santander and UBS were bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Banco Sofisa is a Sao Paulo, Brazil-based retail and commercial bank.
