World Bank talks five-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 20 bps

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 13 – The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development set talk on an offering of five-year global benchmark notes at mid-swaps plus 20 basis points, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is stabilization coordinator and bookrunner with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Corp.

The issuer, known as the World Bank, is based in Washington, D.C.
