New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.14 million contingent coupon autocallable yield notes on two stocks

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, priced $1.14 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Feb. 6, 2023 linked to the least performing of the stocks of PayPal Holdings, Inc. and Workday, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 13.25% per year if each stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the related observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes above 90% of its initial level on any quarterly trigger observation dat.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either stock finishes below its 70% knock-in level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing stock from its initial level.
