By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Sept. 27 - Brazil's Banco Schahin SA plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of 10-year notes (expected B2) following the conclusion of an investor roadshow, according to a market source.

Dresdner Kleinwort has the books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Moody's Investors Service assigns its Ba3 issuer rating to the Brazilian commercial bank, which has headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
