Woodcraft to launch $243 million credit facility Thursday

New York, March 28 - Woodcraft is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday at 1 p.m. ET to launch its proposed $243 million credit facility, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse is the left lead bank on the deal.

The facility consists of a $25 million five-year revolver, a $154 million six-year first-lien term loan B and a $64 million seven-year second-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Saint Cloud, Minn.-based Woodcraft is a manufacturer of hardwood cabinet doors and components.
