DBRS rates Santander Totta notes AA

DBRS said it assigned an AA rating to Banco Santander Totta SA’s €750 million of 3.375% series 28 obrigacoes hipotecarias (Portuguese legislative covered bonds) due 2028.

The notes will be issued under the bank’s €12.5 billion program.
