India’s Wockhardt directors to consider issue of debentures May 6

Norfolk, Va., April 22 – Wockhardt Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on May 6 to consider a private placement of nonconvertible debentures.

Mumbai, India-based Wockhardt is a technology-driven pharmaceutical and biotechnology company.
