New Issue: Citi sells $4.02 million buffered digital notes tied to basket of ETFs

Olympia, Wash., March 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.02 million 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 28, 2020 linked to a basket of the iShares China Large-Cap ETF with a 50% weight, the WisdomTree India Earnings fund with a 25% weight and the iShares MSCI United Kingdom ETF with a 25% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.3%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
