New Issue: Wisconsin Housing prices $42.78 million of downsized revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 17 - The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority sold $42.775 million of series 2010 housing revenue bonds, downsized from $63.91 million, according to a pricing sheet.

The offering includes $29.15 million of series 2010A non-AMT bonds and $13.625 million of series 2010B AMT bonds.

The 2010A bonds are due 2011 to 2021 with term bonds due 2025, 2030, 2035 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 0.625% to 4.5%. The 2025 bonds have a 4.875% coupon priced at par. The 2030 bonds have a 5.375% coupon priced at par. The 2035 bonds have a 5.625% coupon priced at 99.001, and the 2043 bonds have a 5.75% coupon priced at 99.

The 2010B bonds are due 2011 to 2021 with 1.625% to 6% coupons. The bonds also feature term bonds due 2025 and 2032. The 2025 bonds have a 5.75% coupon priced at 98.52, and the 2032 bonds have a 6.125% coupon priced at 99.099.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch was the senior manager with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets Corp. as the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to fund mortgage loans secured by multifamily housing projects.
