Wisconsin HEFA defeases 2010B Ministry Health Care revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 20 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority defeased its series 2010B revenue bonds issued for Ministry Health Care, Inc., according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest at maturity:

• $125,000 of 4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2016;

• $385,000 of 4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2017;

• $215,000 of 4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2018; and

• $265,000 of 4.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2019.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 15, 2020:

• $155,000 of 4.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2020;

• $2.65 million of 4.625% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $4.5 million of 5.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023;

• $4,155,000 of 4.75% bonds due Aug. 15, 2025;

• $3 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2030;

• $6.57 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2030; and

• $37.43 million of 5.125% bonds due Aug. 15, 2035.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the bond trustee.
