Wisconsin HEFA calls all $138.78 million of Wheaton Franciscan bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 12 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority called all $75 million of its series 2003B and $63.78 million of series 2007 variable-rate demand revenue bonds issued for Wheaton Franciscan Services, Inc., according to two notices.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 28.

The 2003B bonds are due Aug. 15, 2033, and the 2007 bonds are due Aug. 15, 2036.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
