New Issue: Wisconsin Health sells $51.79 million Rogers Memorial Hospital bonds

New York, July 29 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority sold $51,785,000 of series 2014 revenue bonds for Rogers Memorial Hospital Inc., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through Ziegler Inc.
The deal included $28.27 million of series 2014A bonds and $23,515,000 of series 2014B bonds.
The 2014A bonds are due 2015 to 2029 with term bonds due in 2034 and 2036. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2034 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 107.035, and the 2036 bonds have a 4.35% coupon priced at 97.921.
The 2014B bonds are due 2038 and 2044. The 2038 bonds have a 4.4% coupon priced at par, and the 2044 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 105.993.
Proceeds will be used to acquire and construct hospital improvements, as well as to current refund the authority’s series 2000 and 2004 revenue bonds and advance refund its series 2008 and 2011 revenue bonds.
