Wisconsin Health and Educational preps $56.03 million revenue bond sale

New York, July 21 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is set to price $56.03 million of series 2014 revenue bonds for Rogers Memorial Hospital Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $32,345,000 of series 2014A bonds and $23,685,000 of series 2014B bonds.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Ziegler Inc. as the senior manager.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to acquire and construct hospital improvements, as well as to current refund the authority’s series 2000 and 2004 revenue bonds and advance refund its series 2008 and 2011 revenue bonds.
