Wisconsin HEFA calls $46.46 million series 2003 SynergyHealth bonds

Minneapolis, July 1 - Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority called $46,455,000 of its series 2003 revenue bonds issued for SynergyHealth, Inc., according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus a premium on Aug. 1:

• $2 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $10,655,000 of 6% bonds due Nov. 15, 2023; and

• $33.8 million of 6% bonds due Nov. 15, 2032.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
