New Issue: Wisconsin Health sells $169.48 million Mercy Alliance revenue bonds

New York, May 17 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $169,475,000 of series 2012 revenue bonds for the Mercy Alliance Inc., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A2) were sold through Ziegler Capital Markets Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2032 and 2039. The serial coupons all have 5% coupons. The 2032 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 107.333. The 2039 bonds have a 4.375% coupon priced at 96.389 and a 5% coupon priced at 104.983.
Proceeds will be lent to the company for the construction, renovation and acquisition of facilities operated by Mercy Alliance and to refund the series 1999 bonds issued for the company's Mercy Health Alliance and the 2005 and 2009 bonds issued for the company.
