New Issue: Wisconsin HEFA sells $144.79 million Ministry Health refunding bonds

New York, March 29 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $144.79 million of series 2012C refunding revenue bonds for the Ministry Health Care Inc., according to a term sheet.
The bonds (/A+/) were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2029 and 2032. The serial coupons range from 2.5% to 5%. The 2029 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.25% coupon priced at 98.907 and a 5% coupon priced at 106.106. The 2032 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 105.084.
Proceeds will be used to refund the health care system's series 2002A revenue bonds.
