Wisconsin Health offers $145.17 million bonds for Ministry Health

New York, March 23 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to sell $145.17 million of series 2012C refunding revenue bonds for Ministry Health Care Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A+/) will be sold through senior manager Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The maturity dates have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the health care system's series 2002A revenue bonds.
