Wisconsin HEFA calls $925,000 ProHealth series 2008B bonds due 2034

Cleveland, Jan. 18 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority announced that it will redeem $925,000 of its $66.97 million of ProHealth Care Inc. series 2008B variable-rate revenue bonds due Feb. 1, 2034.

The bonds will be redeemed on Feb. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the redemption agent.

The Brookfield, Wis.-based authority provides financing to health-care and educational facilities. ProHealth is based in Waukesha, Wis.
