Wisconsin HEFA to sell $73.97 million refunding bonds for ProHealth

New York, Jan. 10 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is set to price $73.97 million of series 2011 revenue refunding bonds for ProHealth Care, Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Piper Jaffray & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the senior managers.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be lent to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital to refund the hospitals' series 1995A, 1999 and 2001 revenue bonds.

Based in Brookfield, the authority provides funding to health care and educational facilities throughout the state. ProHealth is based in Waukesha.
