Wisconsin Health's Aurora Health bonds subject to mandatory purchase

Madison, Wis., Sept. 15 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority said that its series 1999C Aurora Health Care, Inc. variable-rate revenue bonds are subject to mandatory purchase on Oct. 1.

The bonds are subject to mandatory purchase because an alternative credit facility will replace the current credit facility supporting the bonds on Oct 1.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
