Wisconsin Health to bring $229.9 million in bonds for Aurora Health

New York, Jan. 11 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to price $229.9 million in series 2010A revenue bonds for Aurora Health Care Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (//A) will be sold through senior managers Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. The co-managers are Edward Jones & Co. and Ziegler Capital Markets Inc.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to reimburse Aurora Health for costs associated with the construction, improvement, equipment and acquisition of health care facilities.
Aurora Health Care is based in Milwaukee.
