Wisconsin Health nixes plan to convert $60 million in Children's Hospital auction-rate bonds

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, March 28 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority has cancelled its plans to convert $60 million in series 2004B-2 auction-rate bonds sold for the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

The authority had planned to convert the bonds to a fixed-rate mode.

Recently, the authority rescinded its plans to redeem its series 2006 variable-rate bonds sold for Gunderson Lutheran.
