Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities $136 million revenue bonds now day-to-day

New York, Dec. 4 - Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority's $136 million series 2008 revenue bonds on behalf of Froedtert & Community Health will now price on a day-to-day basis, according to a source familiar with the issue.

The issue had been expected Wednesday or Thursday.

Morgan Stanley & Co. is the lead underwriter for the issue.

Proceeds from the sale will refund prior bonds and terminate a qualified hedge related to a prior bond sale.
